Unknown- It sounds like you are discouraging adoptions. My husband have two grown children, both adopted from Korea as infants. The process when smoothly both times. In fact, it took less than a year for each child, from home study to bringing them home. Failed adoptions are in the minority. I think more people should consider adoption as there are many children in need of loving homes.
